How To Names On Mitel 3300 PBX
Login To Your Mitel 3300
I.E. - Cannot be Firefox)
Type into address window
IP address of the Mitel 3300

Enter Login and Password
-
Login = <your login id>
-
Password = <your password>
-
Then Click OK or Press Enter
-
The login screen will allow you to enter the
wrong login information 3 times then you will be
locked out for 20 minutes
due to your login authorization level
Group administration will
allow access to changing names on phones and
voice mail, changing keys on extensions, date and time.
System administration
allows access to all areas of the system and
should be used with caution. It also gives you access to change names, keys
and extension information.

In Pull down box choose "Manage Extensions"

Choose Edit extension

Enter Extension Number and choose OK

Choose continue editing user to change name, add or
delete VM box, create individual access to manage
extension or group information.
Notice Last name is the first box (this box
determines characters that dial by name searches
for)
